About

Brand integrity + the power to choose = UNITEN

A boutique uniform supplier built around a simple idea: unity does not have to erase the individual.

Our philosophy

Individuality
+ Unity

We know that exceptionally high consumer satisfaction ratings are tied to a high level of service delivered through employees. We understand the power of appearance and how it affects morale, confidence and enthusiasm.

In order to curate an elevated consumer experience, employees must be happy, in their element, and able to express some level of individuality. That can be a challenge when uniformity is required. UNITEN’s answer is to give employees the flexibility to mix and match their uniform items to personalise their looks.

Your brand’s identity is woven into every product we design for you, so no matter how the individual employee chooses to put themselves together, the image stays harmonious.

The capsule collection

More looks, for less cost — refreshed without redesign

The capsule concept gives each employee a coordinated set of pieces that combine in many directions. Styles can be refreshed by adding or rotating pieces rather than rebuilding the programme.
  • A defined set of pieces that mix and match
  • One brand image across a large, varied team
  • Personal control that supports confidence and morale
  • A one-stop-shop for all things uniform

Capabilities

What sits behind the collection

Design is only part of it. These are the areas we hold in-house or manage directly on a client's behalf.
01

Uniform Industry Future Direction

The world is changing, life is changing. Post-Covid, people want to be comfortable.

Athleisure is the look of our time and can be seen everywhere. Balancing athleisure with professionalism through comfort in tailoring is key.

02

Fabrics, Technical Performance & Safety

Our fabric is sourced, or custom made, for maximum comfort, durability and performance. We can provide technical components for performance such as anti-microbial, anti-wrinkle, moisture wicking and anti-static, while making sure that fabric treatments do not compromise the health and safety of the wearer.

We comply with the highest safety standards and utilise third-party testing to certify the safety and efficacy of any product we create.

03

Supply Chain

At UNITEN, we have extensive relationships with fabric mills and factories worldwide. Our network spans China, Vietnam, Korea, Indonesia, India and South America.

04

Product Categories

We are expert at developing every product category including tailored items, knits, fully-fashioned sweaters, outerwear, rainwear, down and athleisure, as well as cold-weather accessories, belts and shoes.

We have a vision that allows us to tie it all together in a cohesive way, with all the practicality that you would expect.

05

Consciousness & Sustainability

We will be constantly refining our process to utilise more sustainable practices over time. At UNITEN, we consider ourselves more conscious — pushing boundaries and bringing about innovation to solve problems in new ways.

We utilise recycled fibres when appropriate and create quality items that will stand the test of time.

Comfort

Comfort in tailoring, informed by how people actually move.

Moisture management

Moisture-wicking fabrics where the role demands it.

Conscious decisions, made continuously

We describe this as an ongoing refinement rather than a finished position — and we do not claim more than we can support.

Recycled fibres when appropriate

Used where the material choice genuinely suits the garment and its lifespan.

Products built to last

Quality items that will stand the test of time, reducing replacement cycles.

More conscious decisions
