UNITEN

Process

Expert talent + collaboration = UNITEN

Below is the process we went through for one of our cruise line clients, Holland America Line — the objective was to design 12 items for men and 14 items for women that mix and match to create a nearly unlimited assortment of looks.

The collection features high quality, world-class designs that are durable, comfortable, high-heat washable, anti-viral, anti-wrinkle, colour fast and easy to maintain.

The end result is modern, sleek and streamlined looks that are elevated with clean lines and high style.

Design & Illustration

Brand research becomes a visual language. Mood boards, colour palettes and hand-rendered illustrations set the tone for the collection before a single seam exists.

02

Fabric & Trim Selection

Fabrics are sourced or custom made for comfort, durability and performance, with trims selected to match the finish and lifespan the programme requires.

03

Technical Drawings

Technical flats translate each design into precise construction: proportion, seam placement, closures and detailing, drawn to remove ambiguity.

Tech Packs

Every garment is documented in a tech pack — measurements, materials, trims, labelling and construction notes — the single source of truth for the factory.

Shoes & Accessories Development

Footwear, belts, cold-weather accessories and finishing pieces are developed alongside the garments so the complete look resolves as one collection.

07

Wear Testing

A test group of company ambassadors wears the collection in real conditions. Their feedback is evaluated and the product adjusted accordingly.

Model Fitting

Fit sessions confirm proportion and movement across the size range, with pattern adjustments made before grading and production preparation.
